How it works


Ambition 24Direct: Our goal is to provide the highest standards of homecare, in a service that is clear and easy to understand, including details of pricing and Terms & Conditions . If you want to cancel at any time, you can do this by giving us at least 24hours notice by phone.


  • Before care is provided, it is important that a Care Assessment is completed. A qualified nurse will meet you at home to complete a written Care Plan. This enables us to fully understand the type of service required and agree it with you.

  • Your Care Coordinator will then discuss with you by phone: the service required, the frequency and duration, and the type of staff - whether a qualified nurse or care assistant is needed. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with the individual in advance, if you choose.

  • A final confirmation of the service and the cost is then provided. We request that all services are paid for in advance by credit card or bank transfer. We will of course refund the cost of any services you do not receive.


The service can be canceled at any time by giving at least 24 hours notice by telephone or e-mail.
