The total cost of the Care Plan will relate to such issues as the frequency and duration of care, the type of care required - whether by a qualified Nurse or care assistant, for example - and whether care is provided during the day, at night or over the course of a weekend.

We will provide you with an Initial Assessment and quotation for the cost of the proposed Care Plan for a fee of £121.26. The fee for the Initial Assessment covers the costs of a visit to the home, assessing care needs and the development of a Care Plan by a Qualified Nurse. There is no further obligation to purchase.
