2.	At the agreed time, a qualified nurse will visit for an initial assessment of nursing or other care needs
3.	We will then phone you within 24 hours to agree a schedule of visits by a carer or nurse, with pre-booking by credit card

We will agree a nursing schedule to provide the peace of mind of regular and consistent nursing care at home.

 

Care provision can be either:

24-hours a day - for as many days as required Daily - for an agreed number of hours, including overnight Weekly - perhaps to monitor and confirm health and welfare Long term - for chronic or complex care needs

The nursing schedule can be reviewed and revised, according to your needs.

Cancellation: the service can be cancelled at any time by giving at least 24 hours notice by phone on 0871 87 333 44
Minimum Charge: there is a minimum charge of 4 hours for each visit, as required by our care policies.
