Under difficult circumstances, you were able to find Paediatrics Nurses that were able to provide IV treatments 3 times a day. The nurses were very pleasant and professional. | While my husband was a patient in hospital recently he required 24 hour nursing care, which was often provided by your agency. The care assistants were all professional, responsible, and caring individuals whose presence reassured me daily that my husband was receiving the individual attention that he required when I was not there. When my husband was discharged home we required help for an interim period and were most impressed with a particular carer, (Ambition 24hours Care Assistant name), with whom I felt was special in her attention and interest in my husband's condition and special needs. She was most helpful during this time and we will always be grateful for her professionalism and care. SB

Not only was she a constant companion and carer for mum when all around her was busy and confusing, but she also became a welcome guest in her own right at the wedding celebrations.
